Analysis – Fermanagh Cluster

The final cluster of Seerys is the most northernly and is centred around Enniskillen. The Griffith Valuation shows 16 individual land/property renters and their location is shown below.

Whether these Seerys represent have a completely different origin story to the Westmeath Seerys or are another branch that migrated North remains to be seen. As todate there have been no Seery descendants tested from this cluster. It is possible that the Barnahesker Freemans are part of this cluster and moved South to near Tobercurry, Sligo. It is approximately the same distance from Westmeath to Tobercurry as from Enniskillen.
